T.A.G.S. Generalübernehmer GmbH is building at the current status (until the end of February 2023) at a price of 4400€/ m² (see floor plans and descriptions). We reserve the right to increase our prices appropriately if cost increases, in particular increases in material and raw material prices, personnel, manufacturing and transport costs occur after conclusion of the contract. Please indicate in the purpose of the transfer, the respective apartment no. (as described in the plan) for a reservation subject to charges.
